Operations Team and Quality Control
The 3GS Operations Team and Quality Control program guarantees every facility is inspected monthly. Our Quality Control inspector will schedule a time convenient for you to meet and review the facility together. 3GS has quality control forms and reports customized to best fit your needs; including ratings, comments, and action plans for all inspections. These are great record keeping documents for everyone to have on hand.

At 3rd Generation Services, the highest expectations, standards, and safety for our customer are our top priority. Therefore, we conduct thorough background checks before assigning custodial staff to any facility. All potential staff are interviewed and screened to ensure customer satisfaction. We continue to recruit and interview staff throughout the month to prevent short staff at any account. We have staff on standby and ready to mobilize when you need them for any special projects or absenteeism.
Every 3GS staff member is trained by a supervisor and given the right tools to perform each service. Training is not complete until the member is up to 3GS standards. Our training program reviews customer specifications, techniques, and quality standards for the specified customer. A safety program that includes staff incentives is implemented at major accounts to promote safety in the workplace and boost staff morale. These programs help reduce staff turnover and increases productivity in your building.
