About 3GS

3rd Generation Services has been owned and managed by the Delgado family for over 50 years. Our 1st Generation begins with Roberto Delgado who started the business, Del-Kleen, in 1964 in Laredo, Texas. Del-Kleen was one of the first professional custodial companies in Laredo to be locally owned and operated. In 1979, Roberto sold the business to his son Miguel Delgado, Sr., which changed the name to Border Maintenance Service (BMS). This second generation company grew nationally and specialized in government contracting. Miguel Delgado operated in 9 states and employed over 500 employees, making him one of the most successful Hispanic owned businesses in Texas. In 2003, Miguel sold BMS to his sons Mike and Marco Delgado. At that time, they purchased 2 exclusive dealerships (San Antonio and Austin) from Ceiling Pro International for South Central Texas, changing the name to Ceiling Pro of San Antonio (CPSA). Mike and Marco operated CPSA for over 8 years until transitioning the name to 3rd Generation Services (3GS) in 2012 (pictured right). Ceiling Pro of San Antonio continues to operate as a division of 3GS and specializes in ceiling tile cleaning and restoration.
